The Navy League Cadet program welcomes boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 12. Cadets come from many different backgrounds to share a common interest.
They’re learning good citizenship, leadership, a sense of duty, self-discipline, teamwork, healthy living and respect for others.
And they learn these skills through fun activities which include: Sailing, Camping, Swimming, Music, Sports, Parades, First-Aid, Water Safety, Communications, Trips.

The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets is a civilian program welcoming boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 18. Our Cadets come from many different backgrounds to share a common interest.
Sea Cadets can earn up to two (2) High School credits and have opportunities to win scholarships.
Exciting and unique activities include things like: boating & sailing, swimming, scuba diving & water sports, music, teamwork, citizenship (community events, parades), leadership, camping, marksmanship & biathlon, and naval knowledge.
Opportunities exist to attend summer camps across Canada, participate in exchange programs with cadets from other countries, and/or participate in local, regional and national competitions.

We have a rewarding range of volunteer opportunities for adults. Whether you enjoy teaching and working with youth, want to share your hobby, assist with transportation, would like to develop your management skills or are interested in fundraising. Even if you only have a few hours a year to give, we can match your talents and time to a suitable volunteer position.
